Warm welcome to this inspirational spring yoga retreat led by yoga teachers Veronika & Vendula. Our yoga classes will be suitable for all levels, and will be framed with kindness, compassion, and love to open heart, release tension, and quieten the mind.
Yoga brings the body and mind together and is built on three main elements – movement, breathing and meditation. Yoga has many physical and mental health benefits including improved posture, flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness.
We will be teaching Hatha, Vinyasa flow and Restorative yoga. We are going to show the possibilities of modifications and adaptations to one’s own body. Even beginners are very welcome.
There will be an opportunity to relax your mind and soul, with a focus on rejuvenating the body. You will slow down and create the space to step back and identify the limitations and blocks in the way of being more you.
Whilst the program has a rich content, we do understand that you may want to have time to yourself or explore the beautiful nature. Therefore, we have structured the program to leave the middle of the day open and free to read or take yourself for a quiet walk. You make your own choice. There is always an opportunity to join for trail run and we also offer workshop to explore even further some of the yoga poses.

FOOD & ACCOMMODATION
Food – Kullåkra Gård offers carefully and lovingly prepared food. It is 100% vegan, organic and at the same time nutritious, filling, and beautiful. We invite you to eat with all your senses!
Kullåkra’s own retreat chef is called Julia and she is a trained nutritionist with many years of experience from the cafe and restaurant industry. Julia is vegan since 2015 and runs the company Julia’s Green Kitchen which inspires people to live more healthily. She has a university education in chemistry and nutrition and her cooking is filled with nutrition, love and knowledge.
During our retreats, she likes to tell us how she thought when she planned the food and gives tips on how you, as a participant, can prepare good vegan food at home. She hopes to inspire Kullåkra’s participants to become really good friends with the green kitchen and how the food we eat can be our medicine and help us feel good.
Accommodation – We live in a double room with a shared bathroom in the cozy guest house on the farm, which also has a single room. The rooms are bright and spacious. There are five toilets and three bathrooms on the farm.

Kullåkra Gård is the perfect place to participate in a retreat.
We know that many people are tired of superficiality and want to live with a greater measure of inwardness in their lives. There are several of us who share a longing to step out of the everyday buzz and find our way back to our own pace.
When you come to us, you get the opportunity to take a total break from your regular life with everyday obligations and hectic lifestyle. You get time to rest and catch up on yourself in a beautiful and peaceful environment that promotes recovery, health and inspiration.
The practical chores are taken care of by us, which means that you can feel both safe and pampered. Slowly the stress starts to drop and you find yourself in a more leisurely pace and get space to reflect on what is really valuable to you in your life.
You can fully devote yourself to your retreat experience with us.
PRICE
5600,-/ per person in double room at Kullåkra
Single room (there is 1 single room for additional price 1200,- for both nights)
4200,-/ per person for those who want to arrange their own accommodation
Included in the price:
- 2 nights
- 4x yoga class (Vinyasa flow, Hatha yoga, Restorative yoga)
- Yoga mats, straps, blocks, blankets, bolsters
- 1x yoga poses workshop (optional)
- Trail run 5km Saturday afternoon (optional)
- All meals (NOTE! Don’t forget to notify special dietary needs or allergies!)
- Comfortable beds made with sheets that have been allowed to dry in the sun and wind
- Soft and cosy bathrobes in every room that you can use all weekend
- Towel
- Shampoo, conditioner and soap are available in every shower
- Hair dryer
- Possibility of hiking in Stenshuvud National Park and swimming in the sea

- Insurance. It is your own insurance that applies if something happens.

PAYMENT
A deposit 2800,- is charged to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be valid after the deposit has been paid.
Yoga weekend has to be fully paid no later than 20th March 2024. When booking made after 20th March 2024, the full amount is paid immediately.

When you sign up for a yoga weekend, you agree to the following booking conditions.
CANCELLATION
To ensure a smooth and transparent deposit return process, we have established the following policy:
- If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before the event, we will return the entire payment.
- If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before the event, we will not be able to return the entire payment.
- If you are unable to attend the event, you may provide a substitute. In this case, the advance payment will be transferred to the substitute.
- If we have to cancel the retreat, the entire amount including the registration fee will be refunded.
- If you are ill and have a doctor’s certificate, your payment minus an administration fee of SEK 500 will be refunded.
